The Implementation Project Manager is responsible for managing the implementation of our technology onto customer systems.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Drive the project process by coordinating efforts and leading the project team. 
  • Responsible for the full implementation cycle of technology-based software product solutions in hospital/clinic environments. 
  • Leads cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing projects.
  • Responsible for drafting project documentation, creating and overseeing project plans, and implementing change control procedures as necessary.
  • Monitors the project from initiation through delivery and reports on progress to leadership.
  • Responsible for coordinating the delivery of professional services to customers.
  • Responsibilities include the overall planning, organizing, directing, controlling and delivery of all projects prioritized in alignment with the client’s expectations and business needs
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Management, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of project management experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal client-facing and internal communication skills.
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking.
  • Experience with Microsoft Project or Smartsheet.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.  Up to 10% travel may be required.
  • Healthcare IT project management experience with a working knowledge of hospital and clinic departmental workflows.
  • Advanced knowledge of current IT and Healthcare technologies.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP, PMI) preferred.
  • HL7 Knowledge preferred.
